Mel Gibson plays an FBI agent looking into the case who proves to be every bit as peculiar as the residents of "The Million Dollar Hotel." The cast includes Jeremy Davies, Milla Jovovich, Jimmy Smits, Amanda Plummer, Peter Stormare, Bud Cort, Julian Sands, and Gloria Stuart.
