When David Selznick saw Intermezzo, he brought Ingrid Bergman to Hollywood.  Why it took over 50 years for the film to follow her to America, is anyone's guess, but this is the premier release of the film in the U.S..  The romantic drama is the story of a world-famous violinist, whose life is turned into chaos when he has an affair with a beautiful, talented, young pianist.  Swedish with English subtitles.
