"Foul Play" Marek Piwowski directed this detective story, based
on a true case from police files, about an armed robbery of a Warsaw department store.
A young man is coerced into undercover work for the police, in return for their
dropping charges against him. In an interesting twist, the lead roles in the film
are played by Olympic champion boxers Jan Szcepanski and Jerzy Kulej, as the two
detectives. Polish with English subtitles. |
