A period Polish thriller that moves between Chicago and Odessa in 1925. A Chicago mobster and professional hit man is commissioned by the mafia to track down and kill a traitor who has fled to Odessa. The traitor, Niczypur, uses the newly opened Chicago-Constantinople-Odessa shipping line for an ambitious smuggling operation. The fates of both men will be decided in a violent burst of shootouts. With Jerzy Stuhr, Galina Petrova, Nikolai Karachentsov and Vladimir Golovin. English, Russian and Polish with English subtitles.
