A teenaged girl is plagued by nightmares of seven little boys smearing blood over the white walls of an unfamiliar house. Afraid to leave her alone, the girl's photographer mother brings her daughter along on an assignment in the wilderness of southern Holland. Their arrival has been expected, however, by the sinister Dr. Johnson, whose genetic experiments have given birth to septuplet brothers, created to fulfill an ancient ritual of evil that involves the impregnation of the young girl.
