Shintaro Katsu reprised his most recognized role for one last time in the 26th entry in the Zatoichi series, written and directed by Katsu, as well. A slick, big budget affair, Zatoichi follows the nomadic, blind masseur/samurai swordsman on his continued adventures through the Japanese countryside. Letterboxed. Japanese with English subtitles.  126 minutes.
