This J-horror triad unites terrifying short works from Hideo Nakata, the acclaimed director of Ringu. The Cursed Doll describes a young girl's haunting at the hands of a mysterious doll that carries the spirit of her dead sister. The Spirit of the Dead describes a nightmarish camping trip, in which a chilling female specter appears and insists that a woman's son is her own. Finally, The Haunted Inn, set at a traditional Japanese hotel, tells of three young girls caught in the eerie vice grip of a strange spirit that forces them to repeat the events of a single day. Japanese with English subtitles.  65 minutes.
